Great representation! Experienced, Professional, Supportive and Fierce! We hired Attorney Ward to represent my husband in a child custody/support case. He had been struggling to maintain very basic visitation schedules with his son because his child’s mother was consistently playing games and refusing visitation. Attorney Ward was able to prove my husband’s case, and we currently have primary placement of his son. That is such a difficult thing to do! Courts are generally more in favor of the mother when it Comes to child custody cases, even when the mother is in the wrong.These are very difficult cases to win. He was very patient with us, and understood well that we were emotionally invested in the results of his case. So, when we had questions or began to feel anxious, both attorney ward and his staff were great with explaining everything and putting our anxieties to rest. We spent the first three years fighting in court and trying to get by with cheaper attorneys, and even went without an attorney at all for a few months. Take it from us, it is much less expensive to just retain a high-quality attorney from the beginning rather than going to a high-quality attorney to correct years of mistakes after the fact! I had been sad for hours and trying to hold back my tears, when i went inside to just pick up some paperwork. I was shown kindness and empathy by a single man who brought up my spirits. I'm young and have never been apart of anything criminal in my life. It is sad that I don't qualify for a public defender yet could never afford a attorney. I've had to borrow the money for which I feel horrible & anxious. However, it is worth it, I listened in awe as John Anthony Ward tore my accuser apart, even though he probably just read my case lol. I HAD A CASE WHERE I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE OF WINNING, JUDGES WERE TELLING ME I DIDNT HAVE A STANDING, THAT MY CASE WAS GOING TO BE TOSSED OUT BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE ANY RIGHTS BECAUSE THE LITTLE GIRL I WAS TRYING TO SAVE WASNT A BLOOD RELATIVE. I FOUND ATTORNEY WARD ON LINE AND I CALLED, HIS STAFF LISTENED TO ME CRY LITERALLY BALLING ON THE PHONE I DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO, BY THE END OF THE PHONE CALL I HAD AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE A CONSULTATION DONE. TERRIFIED AND RUNNING OUT OF HOPE I HIRED ATTORNEY WARD, AND NOT ONLY DID HE FIND MY RIGHTS, SEEMINGLY OUT OF NO WHERE, HE GOT THE JUDGES TO STOP DISMISSING ME AND TOOK OVER EVERY WHERE I HAD FAILED. YES, IT COST A LOT OF MONEY TO HAVE THE BEST REPRESENTATION OUT THERE, BUT I NEEDED THE BEST TO HELP ME WIN AND WE DID WE WON!!!
